Introductory course in reflexology according to the original method of Eunice Ingham.

Here you will find some important information about the introductory course. The location varies and will be communicated to you via email. Feel free to ask me when and where I offer an introductory course near you. The course lasts approximately 4 hours. The course is offered in German and English.

In the introductory course, I will discuss with you:

- what reflexology is,
- how it works.
- which ailments can be treated.
- what the therapy triggers in our body.
- and what makes reflexology according to Eunice Ingham so special.

The course also includes a practical component where I will:

- give you an introduction to foot reflexology.
- demonstrate all the necessary techniques so that you can practice the therapy yourself.
- share all the necessary knowledge.
- show you the exact reflex points and much more.
